This is the story of a secret family recipe that crosses state borders and generations. It all begins with Everetta Frasca, our owner Sara Frasca’s grandmother, who invented the Panino as we know it today. Little did Grandma Frasca know she had created a sandwich that would be craved across the country and become the pride and joy of Trasca & Co Eatery. Our original location opened in Colorado Springs in 1974, but now we call beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach our home. We’ve been serving up hand-crafted deliciousness ever since!
What is a Panino?
The Panino is the heart of our menu. It’s a unique, Italian creation eaten like a rolled-up sandwich. We start with the secret family dough recipe made fresh each morning, then add the highest-quality meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Our 2022 Expansion
The story isn’t over yet! In December 2022, we opened the doors to our expansion, The Ponte Vedra Tap Room. Welcome to your new favorite hangout! The PV Tap Room offers a menu of craft and local beers, wine, hard seltzers, and hot appetizers. Come visit to have a drink, watch the game, and listen to live music.
