Hungry for something different? Locally-owned, Trasca & Co Eatery brings the famous Panino sandwich to the Beaches.

Trasca & Co Eatery is a one-of-a-kind, locally-owned, vintage-inspired, neighborhood eatery in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Our roots trace back to the year 1974. Ali knocked out Foreman in the Rumble in the Jungle, Nixon resigned, Hank Aaron broke Babe Ruth’s home run record, and Grandma Everetta Frasca invented the Panino in a small kitchen in Colorado Springs. The Frasca family has been slinging melted, golden-brown deliciousness ever since, delighting many a Minnesotan and Coloradan along the way.

At Trasca & Co Eatery, the Panino is the heart of our menu.

Unlike anything you’ve ever tried, this craveable creation is eaten like a rolled-up sandwich. The Panino starts with a secret family dough recipe - made fresh daily. After rolling the dough thinly, we add the best quality meats, the most delicious cheeses we can source, fresh vegetables and housemade sauces.

To us, ingredients are king – Nueske’s Applewood Bacon from Wittenberg, Wisconsin, Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese from Montpelier, Vermont, and Farmer Sy's Free Range Turkey from Detroit, just to name a few. The Panino is cooked at 495 degrees for 5 minutes. It’s removed from the oven when it’s golden brown (never before), rolled up and sliced in half. Most people choose to eat the baked sandwich with their hands, our personal preference as well. Unless it’s smothered with our delicious homemade sauces – then we recommend a fork!

We are also proud to serve our favorite craft beers, the best coffee in the world from Zingerman’s (we can say that because we don’t make it, we just sell it), delicious Puck’s sodas (repeat last comment), yummy appetizers, fresh salads, and our famous mud pie.
